University of Kent Centre for
Sport Studies at Medway Park
The University of Kent has opened a centre of excellence for sports science and sports therapy teaching and research at Medway Park.
The centre boasts state of the art facilities including a sports therapy clinic, sports science laboratory, rehabilitation gym and separate seminar room with full audio-visual equipment.
The University of Kent is one of the leading universities in the country for sports science and therapy and is led by Professor Louis Passfield, who has worked with British Cycling.
His team of researchers and students are opening up their services to Medway Park users, running clinics and testing sessions to support people's training and exercise.
