Echoes Gym is one of the key transformations at Medway Park. A new extensive gym is now open, offering you supreme facilities in a stunning centre of sporting excellence, overlooking the new athletics track.
There is also a free-weights room and a dedicated health and fitness suite for junior athletes and the gym is fully IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) accredited. Whatever your fitness goals, achieve them at Medway Park.
The fully air-conditioned fitness suite offers you a fantastic environment in which to train, whatever your fitness level. An extensive range of cardiovascular equipment is available, including treadmills, bikes, rowers and cross trainers, as well as a resistance area.
